The opener is made from an old railroad spike. I cut and shaped the steel using an angle grinder, bench grinder, belt sander and coal forge. I pre drilled holes so it can be mounted on the wall
Hi my name is Layton. I am 12 and in the 6th grade. This is my first year of homeschooling, because of the pandemic.
I have recently made a backyard blacksmithing forge with a piece of old railroad track and a stump for my anvil. I am hoping to learn the ropes of medieval and modern blacksmithing during the pandemic.
I really like working with my hands. One of my favorite projects is a cabin I made with my cousins.
